Golden Prospect Precious Metals Limited (“GPPM”) was launched as an investment company in November 2006. New City Investment managers took over the investment management function on 15 September 2008 and has focused investment in the Gold and Precious metals sectors. GPPM is registered in Guernsey and was the first London listed fund to concentrate on the precious metals sector. Its shares (Ticker: GPM) and warrants (Ticker: GPPMW) are listed separately on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
